Overview
The TBVF series of explosion-proof permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency drive motors for mining applications are widely used across key industries such as mining, building materials, power generation, steel, pharmaceuticals, and non-ferrous metals to drive various general-purpose machinery. These include belt conveyors, mills, hoists, classifiers, mixers, fans, pumps, cutters, and other mechanical equipment. Their explosion-proof performance complies with the requirements of GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment - General Requirements” and GB3836.2-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures ‘d’”. The explosion-proof rating is Exdb I Mb, suitable for coal mine working faces where methane combustible gas or coal dust mixed with air forms an explosive atmosphere.

Application Scope and Operating Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature varies seasonally but does not exceed 40°C.
2. Altitude does not exceed 1000m.
3. Maximum relative humidity of ambient air does not exceed 95%.
4. Motor ratings are continuous ratings based on continuous duty (S1), permitting full-voltage starting.
5. Motors employ F-class insulation. Stator winding temperature rise (resistance method) is rated at 80K (except for 2- and 4-pole frames 315L and frame 355, which may be rated at 105K).
