Overview

The TYPX permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor features a fully enclosed fan-cooled or self-cooled structure, IP55 protection rating, F-class insulation, and S1 duty cycle. Its mounting dimensions are identical to the YE3 series motors.
This series offers variable frequency speed control capability. Within the 25%-120% load range, it delivers higher efficiency compared to asynchronous motors of the same specifications, boasts a wider economic operating range, and achieves significant energy savings. The motor exhibits low temperature rise, with a rise of 30-50K under rated load.
This series is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, transportation, textile, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as in electric vehicles, oil pump drives, elevators, fans, pumps, compressors, belt conveyors, machine tools, and various other machinery.
The variable-frequency permanent magnet synchronous motor operates on three-phase grid power and features soft-start capability. Various pole numbers are available per user requirements. The motor's fundamental frequency can be designed to any value between 10Hz and 100Hz. Motors with diverse rotational speeds can be configured to ensure both the motor and inverter operate at their design values, achieving frequency modulation speed control for energy savings and maximizing efficiency.

Application Scope and Operating Conditions

1. Ambient air temperature varies seasonally but does not exceed 40°C.
2. Altitude does not exceed 1000m.
3. Maximum relative humidity of ambient air does not exceed 95%.
4. Motor ratings are continuous ratings based on continuous duty (S1), permitting full-voltage starting.
5. Motors employ F-class insulation. Stator winding temperature rise (resistance method) is rated at 80K (except for 2- and 4-pole frames 315L and frame 355, which may be rated at 105K).
