Scope of Application and Operating Conditions

1 Motor Operating Environment Conditions

1.1 Ambient air temperature varies seasonally, generally not exceeding -15 to +40°C;  

1.2 Ambient atmospheric pressure: 80 to 110 kPa;  

1.3 Altitude not exceeding 1000 m;  

1.4 Maximum relative humidity of ambient air not exceeding 95% (at +25°C);

1.5 Underground mining workings in coal mines where explosive hazards exist due to combustible gases, vapors, mists, dust, or fibers mixed with air within the upper and lower explosive limits.

2 Electrical Conditions for Motor Operation

2.1 The motor is rated for continuous operation (S1 duty cycle).

2.2 The motor stator windings employ an F-class insulation system. When operating at minimum airflow within specified conditions, the bearing temperature (measured thermometer method) shall not exceed 95°C, the maximum surface temperature of the enclosure (measured thermometer method) shall not exceed 150°C, and the stator winding temperature rise (measured resistance method) shall be evaluated at 85K.
