The YBX3 Series Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Sizes 63 to 355) (hereinafter referred to as the motors) are manufactured as explosion-proof types in compliance with GB3836.1-2021 “Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment - General Requirements” and GB3836.2-2021 “Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures ‘d’”. with explosion-proof marking II 2G Ex tb IIIC T T135°C Db. They are suitable for use in industrial facilities with combustible dust or combustible fly-fuzz.
The motor's electrical performance complies with the provisions of JB/T7565.1-2011 “Technical Conditions for Flameproof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors - Part 1: YB3 Series Flameproof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Sizes 63~355)”. Efficiency meets Level 3 energy efficiency as specified in GB18613-2020 “Energy Efficiency Limiting Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors”.

Application Scope and Operating Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature varies seasonally but does not exceed 40°C.
2. Altitude does not exceed 1000 m.
3. Maximum relative humidity of ambient air does not exceed 95%.
4. Motor ratings are continuous ratings based on continuous duty (S1), permitting full-voltage starting.
5. Motors employ F-class insulation. Stator winding temperature rise (resistance method) is rated at 80K (except for 2- and 4-pole frames 315L and frame 355, which may be rated at 105K).
