Overview
The YBX3 series high-efficiency, high-voltage explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors feature a cast iron frame. They are characterized by a compact structure, high protection rating, and convenient installation and maintenance. Through further optimized design and meticulous manufacturing, these motors offer advantages such as high efficiency and energy savings, reliable performance, low noise, minimal vibration, and extended service life. This series is suitable for driving various general-purpose mechanical equipment such as fans, compressors, pumps, machine tools, and transport machinery. It serves as prime movers in diverse industrial and mining enterprises including mining, steel, machinery, petroleum, chemical, and power stations.
The explosion-proof performance of this series complies with GB 3836.1-2021 “Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment - General Requirements” and GB 3836.2-2021 “Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures ‘d’”. They are manufactured as flameproof type with explosion-proof ratings of II 2G ExdⅠMb and II 2G ExdⅡBT4 Gb. These motors are primarily used in locations with explosive gas mixtures.
Structure and Mounting
The standard motor housing has an IP55 protection rating, which can be upgraded to IP65 or higher upon customer request.
The standard mounting configuration is IMB3, with other mounting options available.
Motor cooling methods are IC411 or IC416.
