The YXKK series of high-efficiency, high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors represents an upgraded, energy-efficient solution in the high-voltage motor sector. Developed using advanced domestic and international design and manufacturing technologies, these motors build upon the YKK series by comprehensively optimizing their electromagnetic performance, structural design, and cooling systems. They fully comply with industry standards such as JB/T 12730 and offer core advantages including high efficiency, energy savings, reliable operation, broad adaptability, and easy maintenance, making them the preferred solution for high-voltage power equipment in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemicals, and mining.
Structural Features
The motor features a box-type structure, with the frame welded from steel plates into a box shape, ensuring light weight and excellent rigidity. An air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, equipped with inlet and outlet air temperature gauges.
The stator employs an external compression structure. The stator windings use Class 155 (F) insulation material. The 10 kV motor incorporates reliable anti-corona measures, with the winding ends securely fixed and bound. Additionally, the windings undergo vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) with solvent-free varnish, resulting in excellent insulation performance, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance, and a long service life.
The squirrel-cage rotor is manufactured using advanced and reliable cast aluminum technology and undergoes dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth and reliable motor operation. Bearings are available in both rolling and sliding types, depending on the motor’s power rating and speed. The protection rating is IP54 or IP55, and rolling bearings are equipped with a non-stop oil injection and drainage system. The main terminal box is located on the right side of the motor (as viewed from the shaft end), though it can be placed on the left side upon customer request. Separate grounding terminals are provided both inside and outside the terminal box. For motors with a power rating of 2000 kW or higher, a neutral point terminal box is included. Temperature monitoring devices are installed at critical locations such as the stator windings and bearings to facilitate remote monitoring and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor.
